Material Required:
- A list of meetings held by the London 2012 Olympics and Paralympics Council; the purpose and venues for above meetings.
- A break-down of costs incurred by the Task Force from its inception to date, including travel and accommodation and expenses claimed by the individual members of the Task Force.
- Correspondence between the Task Force and the Minister and his agents relating to the progress and achievements of the Task Force, to include reports and memos, from January 1 2011 to date.
- List of Olympic-related events hosted in Ireland; of sports groups using facilities in Ireland; numbers of Olympic-related visitors confirmed; and a list of cultural or artistic events tailored to the Olympics.
- Details of submissions made to the Task Force to capture benefits for London 2012 that have been accepted by the Task Force, and related agencies.
- A list of consultants commissioned, including public relations, financial and marketing consultants, and the reports produced by the above, from January 1 2010 to date.
