At the foot of this page are a number of documents in PDF format:
- FAQ - The answers to frequently asked questions in relation to a ship's radio.
- ATO - Application for the Authority to Operate.
- Panel of Approved Examiners - This is a list of examiners, and their contact details, that have been approved by the Maritime Radio Affairs Unit for Short Range Certificates of Competence (SRC).
- Ship Radio Licence Transfer Form - This is the form that an applicant must complete and submit should they wish to transfer the ownership of a radio licence to another.
- SRC Course providers - This is a list of individuals and organisations that have been approved by the Maritime Radio Affairs Unit to conduct courses for Short Range Certificates
- EPIRB - This is the form that an applicant must complete and submit to register their EPIRB with the Maritime Radio Affairs Unit
- Ship Radio Licence - This is the form that an applicant must complete to obtain a Ship Radio Licence.
