The Agreement provides, inter alia, for new procedural arrangements for the making of claims by victims of road accidents involving uninsured or stolen vehicles and unidentified or untraced drivers.  Any accident in respect of which a claim is to be made to MIBI must be notified to the Gardai within two days.  This is an essential requirement.
