I have received no representations from the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform in respect of the height of the Dublin Port Tunnel.
In accordance with my decision of October 2004, the height of the Dublin Port Tunnel will not be changed. The Tunnel is being completed as planned and will have an operational height of 4.65m.
