This Annual Report reviews progress made during 2004 in implementing the objectives and strategies set out in our Statement of Strategy 2003-2005. The Report follows a similar format to the Strategy Statement.

The publication of this Report discharges the Department's responsibilities under section 4(1)(b) of the Public Service Management Act, 1997.
