This Order specifies the days on which Section 5 (Repeals) and Parts 4 (Safety Management Systems and Safety Case), 9 (Intoxicants & Persons Working on Railway Infrastructure) and 10 (Offences by Persons Working on Railway Infrastructure) of the Railway Safety Act 2005 come into effect.
